1. Services Provided

Professional Stump Grinding LLC provides stump grinding, tree removal, tree trimming, land clearing, and related property services throughout Mid Michigan. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and safety requirements.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, accessibility, size of job, and additional work requested. By approving an estimate, the customer agrees to the scope of work and associated costs.

3. Scheduling & Service Completion

Service dates are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, and project scope. While we strive to meet all scheduled timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers agree to provide clear access to the work area prior to service. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or conditions differ from the original estimate.

4. Property Conditions & Liability

Professional Stump Grinding LLC takes care to perform all work efficiently. However, customers acknowledge that tree and stump work may involve risks, including ground disturbance, lawn damage, or debris displacement. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked, irrigation systems, landscaping, or hidden structures not disclosed prior to service, or property outside the agreed work area. Customers are responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities before service begins.

5. Cleanup & Restoration

All services include basic cleanup of debris related to the job unless otherwise specified. Additional services such as hauling, topsoil, or lawn restoration may be offered at an additional cost.

6. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods communicated at the time of service. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, site conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and strive to deliver clean, professional results on every job. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so they can be addressed.
